6. Referral Procedures

We include the following items in the Affiliate Pack:

• "Mosaic Associate" Business cards (50)
• Web Design Packages 2000 Brochure
• Price List 2000 leaflet
• Leaflets and copies of brochures to give to referrals
• Affiliate Network Application
• Affiliate Network Agreement
• Consultation Request Form
• Mosaic Portfolio
• Operations Guide
• Details of your Application – including Associate Account Number

Any of these items may be used at your discretion to gain referrals to Mosaic Web Solutions.

These are the individual procedures for:

1. Referrals of other groups related to Mosaic web packages
2. Referrals of other groups to the Mosaic Affiliate Network

For best results in the Affiliate Network, when you speak to people or businesses interested in one of Mosaic’s web packages please show them our Brochures and Portfolio and speak to them a little about our website packages, Mosaic Web Solutions and the Affiliate Network.

Referrals in regards to Website Packages

If they seem interested in our website packages, feel free to provide them with a Mosaic Associate business card or any of our promotional material. If you run out of material please contact us and we’ll send you a further supply of business cards and/or promotional material without further ado.

If it is possible, speak to the interested party about approaching us for a free consultation. Arrange for Mosaic to contact the party for the consultation then fill out the Consultation Request Form.

Then send it to us via one of two means:

We will get in contact with the group you refer us to straight away and arrange a consultation.

Referrals in regards to the Mosaic Affiliate Network

If they seem interested in our Affiliate Network, as previously stated, feel free to provide them with a Mosaic Associate business card or any of our promotional material.

If the interested party would like to join the Affiliate Network, ask them to fill out the Affiliate Network Application and read through and sign the Affiliate Network Agreement.

Please send the agreement and application to us via the above channels.

We will then contact the interested party as soon as possible and provide them the services of a web consultant who can answer their questions and speak about the website packages and Mosaic Web Solutions.
